The present work is about the green synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles and its antimicrobial activities from Aspergillus species. Among the living organisms, microorganisms are desired for the synthesis of Nanoparticles because of high tolerance under ambient conditions of temperature, pressure & acidity. The antibacterial activity against Gram negative bacteria like Klebsiella pneumonia and Escherichia coli and gram positive bacteria like Staphylococcus aureus and Micrococcus luteus are reported in this work. Hence the present work proved that the silver nanoparticles synthesized from Aspergillus sp. were found to be promising & effective antibacterial agent.
