Rachel W. Kamande has been working on sustainable development projects and policy issues since 2005. She is a holder of M.Sc: Globalisation and Development from the University of Antwerp in Belgium. She was also part of the Zero Mercury Campaign, contributing to the global negotiations for a global agreement on mercury.
