* In our culture of sexual permissiveness, we have lost connection, intimacy and an appreciation for our uniqueness when it comes to our sex lives. This book will revolutionise that. * Easy to follow as a single discussion but also easy to 'dip in and out of' for quick reference. * Contains practical exercises and reflection points to personalise the approach to the unique experiences of the reader. * Conversational writing style normalises psychological findings without seeming academic.
