Risk factors for youth suicide include mental disorders, previous suicide attempts, personality characteristics, genetic loading, and family processes.Individual's mental health can be enhanced through early childhood interventions, psychosocial support, and at-risk programs. Good programming should include the provision of proper support for people who are at the most significant risk.
