Sonkhogin Haokip is Asst. Professor of the Department of Political Science, Gandhigram Rural University, T.N. India. He is a life-time member of IJPS,Meerut and GGJ,New Delhi. His published work includes many research and non-research papers in various national and international journals. Dr. Haokip has previously published 4 books.
