His books have been translated into five foreign languages. He holds a PhD from Harvard University, is a former professor at Yale University, and is a member of the National Academy of Engineering. Through board directorships, he remains an active leader in global business. Ellen Boer is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and an attorney specializing in educational law. She is a top contributor to TripAdvisor, with a broad following of serious travelers.
