A growth strategist by nature, Todd specializes in build-ing high-performance organizations as well as helping owners and executives with strategic growth development. You can find Todd at the intersection of the architect and the builder-with the unique ability both to envision growth and to make it come to life. As a Strategic Advisor, Todd maps a strategy and then guides leaders and their organizations to break through growth plateaus, challenges, and barriers en route to realizing their full potential-and, ultimately, increased financial and marketplace results. Todd spent the first decade of his career building, ex-panding, and eventually selling a family manufacturing business. He went on to serve in a number of corporate management roles, leading strategy, marketing, and growth initiatives for Hunter Douglas and Newell Rubbermaid. Having been immersed in a mid-size family manufac-turing business alongside his father and brother since childhood, and having then transitioned to corporate America and back again to business owner, Todd under-stands the challenges involved in managing and growing large and small businesses alike. He also understands the complex role of the leadership team in the organization. Todd brings a deep knowledge base and extensive expertise in navigating business owners and executive teams through unique growth challenges to achieve record-setting organizational results. Moreover, he brings a heart for his clients and their customers. Todd believes, ultimately, organizations don't change until the people in them change. Residing in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife, Lauri, and their four children, Todd spends his weekends and free time with family, coaching youth sports, and sharing his passion for fitness, nutrition, and faith.
