Not many people wake up in the morning to approach their day with bad intentions but it's the habits that don't align and cause incongruent results. In the first twenty minutes of waking we are at our most absorbent time and most powerful. We are establishing the pace in how we run our race for that particular day. It is our personal responsibility to be equipped mentally and emotionally to take on what that day may throw at us. Good Morning Superstar is that very tool, highlighting some of the greatest minds in overcoming life's ever constant obstacles. Together, over the next ninety days we will plant new seeds, hardwire new habits and ask ourselves better questions for better results. This is your race and it's time for you to set the tone to cross the finish line like the SuperStar you are. All proceeds are going to impact foster families in need during these uncertain times.
Autorenporträt
As a professional athlete Steven Benedict has decades of experience performing at an elite level but it is his life experience that has really set the foundation of who he's become. Living in and out of foster homes as a child with great loss along the way has ignited his approach to social emotional learning within oneself. He believes that within our own messiness our greatest narratives for others benefits arise. "I am still a work in progress and I love every moment of it."
