A reader is a thinker and a thinker has the capacity to face the challenges of life. Otherwise, how else can one know about the existence of certain phenomena, issues, or objects in one's field, and society? How can one live without the basic information that wheels their world or more importantly, how can one improve it to suit our dynamic world without constant reading? No matter how badly written any book is, there is one information or another derivable therein. This book, inspired by the author's obsession with reading, presents a road-map to becoming a reader for success, and a recipe for a better human resource. This book therefore, holds your hand as a compass to direct you in demystifying the mistaken belief that the top of the ladder is only meant for a certain group of individuals.
