Fuzhan Xie, Researcher and Doctoral Advisor. He successively served as Deputy Director of the Development Center of the State Council of China, Director of the National Bureau of Statistics, Director of Research Office of the State Council of China, Governor of Henan Province. Since March 2018, he has been the President of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS).  Igor Ivanov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia, Professor, and Academician of Russian Academy of Sciences. He successively served as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Soviet Union and Russia to Spain, Russian Foreign Minister, and Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation. Currently, he is the President of the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC).  Zhuangzhi Sun, Director of the Institute of Russian, Eastern European & Central Asian Studies, CASS. Researcher and Expert in Russian, Eastern European & Central Asian Studies.  Andrey Kortunov, Director General of the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC). His academic interests include contemporary international relations and Russian foreign policy.
