In so doing, Irrigable land that was/will be under irrigation was investigated and evaluated. Possible potential source of water was investigated and tested for dependability or consistency and existing irrigation practice was evaluated. In view of these, the optimum irrigation scheme was designed. It was found to enhance optimum return from the project in its turn and even encourage future development in the sector. And finally it was concluded that Engineers, planners, and policy makers should give due attention to follow strong logistic during Irrigation planning, design and operation.

He has got BSc degree in Soil and Water Engineering Haramaya University in 2009 and then employed by Bako Agricultural Engineering Research Center to act as a researcher in Irrigation Engineering.He rejoined University and got MSc degree in Irrigation Engineering in 2014.In his career he produced several life changing Research results and journals.
