Autorenporträt
Maher S. Amer is a professor of materials science and engineering; a senior von Humboldt Fellow of Max Planck Society, Germany; and a former visiting fellow of the Fitzwilliam College, University of Cambridge, England. He is a member of a number of national and international committees focused on nanomanufacturing and higher education accreditation. He received his PhD (1995) from Drexel University, USA, and served as a Core Fulbright U.S. Scholar at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, Saudi Arabia. Prof. Amer has authored 4 book chapters, 2 books, and over 55 publications on Raman spectroscopy, fullerenes, and assembly of nanofilms for optical, electrical, and environmental applications.
