Autorenporträt
Marcus is a writer who enjoys penning both speculative fiction and poetry; an admittedly odd pairing which initially came together as a coping mechanism, but are now pursued, at least in terms of poetry, solely for pleasure. If interested, you can read a brief narrative of that journey in his chapbook 'The Scribbler Manifesto.' As a lifelong fan of cyberpunk and tech noir literature, he wanted to produce a series of books that followed humanity from a broadly recognisable (if worrying) present, into a foreseeable future where inherent human characteristics and an ever-increasing pandora's box of technology lead to serious moral questions and inevitable conflict. 'Ghost in the Machine' is the first step on that journey. Marcus lives in Herne Bay, England with his wife Jo and their dog, Max.
