Donald H. Sheldon is president of the DHSheldon & Associates LLC, a global management and education consulting firm in New York State. Mr. Sheldon has over 30 years of management experience, holding positions of Director and General Manager of The Raymond Corporation's (world class manufacturer of material handling equipment) Aftermarket Services Division, Vice President at Buker, Inc. (business management education and consulting firm in Chicago) and Vice President of Global Quality and Six Sigma Services at the NCR Corporation. Mr. Sheldon has worked with companies all over the globe to improve competitive advantage through process design, management systems and key performance indicators. Mr. Sheldon is published in numerous articles and journals and author of the following books: "Achieving Inventory Accuracy", J. Ross Publishing 2004, "Class A ERP Implementation", J. Ross Publishing 2005, World Class Sales and Operations Planning, J. Ross Publishing 2006, World Class Master Scheduling, J. Ross Publishing 2006, Lean Materials Management and Execution, J. He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Business and Government Policies Studies and an undergraduate degree in Business and Economics both from the State University of New York, Empire State College. He is certified by APICS as CFPIM (Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management), as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), as CIRM (Certified in Resource Management), and is a designated Master Instructor for CPIM certification.
