Autorenporträt
The Editor: John Partridge is a graduate of the Universities of Liverpool and Regensburg. After teaching English for seven years in Germany at school and university levels he is now Lecturer in German and Linguistics at the University of Kent, Canterbury. He has published on pragmatics, CALL, the English-language crossword and the expression of passive sense in English and German. His research interests include pragmatics, German-English contrastive linguistics and computer applications for language purposes.
