Let R be an associative ring with center Z(R) . One of the important problems of Ring Theory is to determine whether this ring is commutative or not. Mr.Mehsin Jabel Atteya has obtain his M.Sc. degree in Mathematics in 2004 from Al-Mustansiriyah University, Specific Specialization Algebra, since then he has worked some articles(number 50)which published in different in international journals with participation in (35) in annual scientific conference of mathematics with some courses of Math.
