A Sra. Sindhuja é uma estudiosa de investigação de doutoramento. Licenciou-se em Agricultura e Psicologia. Mestrado em Ciências do Yoga e Extensão Agrícola e Doutoramento em Educação de Extensão. É pesquisadora de investigação agrícola e repórter de projectos de investigação agrícola nacionais e internacionais e é membro em muitas sociedades.
