This book as an expression of this Islamic perspective of the Muslims on gender and women's rights is accordingly an expression of Muslims' rights to living their lives according to Islam as their human rights as Muslims, from their understandings of human rights in Islam.

Sobre o Autor Abdullahi Muhammad Doki é um escritor e investigador com mais de dez anos de experiência na prática do jornalismo. Natural do Estado de Kano, Nigéria, licenciou-se em Comunicação de Massas pela Universidade de Bayero, Kano, Nigéria; e pela Universidade Estatal de Lagos, Lagos. A.M.Doki é actualmente estudante de doutoramento em Chipre.
