Autorenporträt
Although Joan Sodaro Waller has no formal degree in theology, church history, Scripture, mystical theology, prayer methodology, or doctrinal studies, she is well-read in all subjects which pertain to the Faith. She pulls them together in this book. Since 1957 Joan has been completely absorbed in learning through every form of education including inspirational, testimonial, and scholarly reading; college classes; and enlightening lectures. Catholic and Protestant clergy and laity, scholars, and ordinary believers have shared their experiences of the Christian life with her through years of attending conferences and listening to tapes. Year after year she has been totally involved with the Faith in all its aspects: sharing daily in the Sacrifice of the Mass; social action projects; teaching and sharing; church work; and pilgrimages to Europe, Israel, and Egypt. For years Joan has benefited immensely from being involved in Divine Will, Charismatic, and Scriptural studies and has shared in numerous prayer groups. For Waller, all this has led to a full and enriching Faith experience. Mrs. Waller lives with her husband Bob at Freedom Point in The Villages, FL.
