The findings of this study contributes immensely to the development of the economy especially in the manufacturing sector. The manufacturing sector forms the backbone of most developing countries in the world.

Hama Aleck was born in Zimbabwe in 1979. He is a lecturer & a business consultant. He was educated at Bindura University of Science Education where he did his BBS Hons degree in B&F and a PGDTE. He holds an MBA with Zimbabwe Open University. Hama is a member of ZIM. He worked for Zimbabwe Open University as a finance Officer for 8 years.
