CPA Simon Makan is a Kenyan and born in 1983 on the slopes of Mt. Elgon, Cheptais District, Chesikaki ward in Bungoma County. Sabaot sub-tribe of Kalenjin.He is a CPA (K) and a member of ICPAK, holder of bachelor degree in Economics and Finance at Kenyatta University, founder and lecturer at Citizen Institute of Professional Studies.
