Autor

Dr. S.Balakumar has obtained his B.E, M.E and Ph.D in 2009, 2011 and 2015  respectively. Presently working as an Assistant Professor in Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at ArbaMinch University, Ethiopia. His research interest includes Power Systems, WECS and Smart Grid.He is published more than 14 papers in international journals.
