The dentist must give the specific treatment as required by the patient in full mouth rehabilitation cases like full coverage of teeth, multiple crowns, splinting of the teeth, positioning the crowns lingually or labially as required to modify the arch form, etc. Restoration of the impaired occlusion, enhancement of the aesthetics, preservation of the remaining teeth as much as possible and maintenance of a healthy periodontium.
