K. J. Armstrong is an experienced counsellor and educator who is passionate about working alongside people to support them to live their most authentic and fulfilled lives. Feeling privileged to have heard and held many stories over her career, her books have a therapeutic foundation and an emotional focus which aim to validate and normalise important themes about life and humanity. This is her second children's book with many more in her head and heart to reach the heads and hearts of her young readers.
