We have observed that the role given to libraries has evolved a lot, and is still evolving. Today we are moving from the physical or traditional library to computerized document management and digitization of content. All these changes lead to a profound revolution of the expected services. With the emergence of digital documents, libraries are forced to rethink their missions in the face of immaterial documentary phenomena never seen before. It is in this perspective that the present work is inscribed, where we have thought of deploying the local digital consultation space at the University of Notre Kasayi, as an additional service to the central library of the U-KA for the mobility of readers. This small book opens a breach to the various researchers wishing to explore this same field of research; because data processing is vast and comparable to a still virgin forest of which each one can exploit only a small portion at the risk of drowning in the obscurity.
