Charity Lengwe Meki Kombe, a holder of a B.A.Ed.(distinction) and an M.A.Ed. from the University of Zambia (UNZA) is a Senior Research Officer at the Examinations Council of Zambia. She also worked for UNZA as Graduate Teaching Assistant. She has keen interest in what she calls ¿the battle between Quality and Quantity Education For All.'
