Sharon A Harmon is a freelance writer and poet. She has been published in Highlights for Children, The Caterpillar, A Patchwork Christmas and Chicken Soup for the Soul. She recently published two children's stories in A Collection of Children's Stories (Red Penquin Press.)She has two chapbooks of poetry and also writes flash fiction which is featured in Flash in the Can Number One and recently in Flash in the Can Number Two. This is Sharon's second children's book, her first was Horatio Mortimer Loved Music. It is also her first time illustrating a children's book. Sharon has a special place in her heart for children's books.
