HENRY MANLEY attended Elizabeth City State University for three and a half years until he left to start up a new tax business. He later graduated from Cayuga Community College where he majored in Business. After graduating, he ran his successful tax business for 35 years. Being versatile in nature, Mr. Manley counseled people about their taxes, helped them get houses, create wills, etc. He is now retired. ¿¿¿Mr. Manley has been married to Rose Manley for 27 years at the time of this writing. He has one son who is a doctor. His wife has a son and a daughter. ¿¿¿Mr. Manley is a born-again believer in Jesus Christ and serves God by serving man. He is a member of Deeper Life Ministries in Little Washington, North Carolina, pastored by William and Dorothy Guilford.
