Jacqueline Guest is a Métis writer who lives in a log cabin nestled in the pinewoods of Alberta, Canada's Rocky Mountains. She is the proud recipient of the 2013 Indspire Award for the Arts, formerly the National Aboriginal Achievement Award. Her books have received numerous awards, including the Moonbeam Gold Medal for Ghost Messages and Outcasts of River Falls.
