People want to relate with others through stories. People often make sense of their lives through relatable similarities that they see in others' lives. In fact, it is very possible that a story is what brought you to read this book. Stories are critical to humans interacting with each other and making sense of the events that occur in this fallen world. I have written thirty-one stories about my life and how God's Word correlates with each one of them in an attempt to demonstrate that God's infinite truth is still an answer to every question we may have. The reader will discover through these thirty-one short lessons that Jesus Christ consistently still works in unique ways in an individual's life to conform us to his image. Some of these lessons encourage us to go out and conquer, others discuss doughnuts, plants, or sirens. Some of the lessons touch on common sense, while others demonstrate the reality of paradoxes in this life that remain true. There is also an encouraging story of a person cheating death itself, while another story reveals that all of us can be three different people at the same time. All lessons, however, are rooted in Biblical principles that we can all use to help us make wise decisions when "life happens" to us. All lessons also reveal to the reader numerous finite obstacles we humans often use as excuses or disabilities that prevent us from living a life illuminated by the infinite truth of God. The goal of this book is two-fold: First, I hope to relate to my fellow readers with real stories of real challenges that were overcome by the real power of the Holy Spirit. Secondly, through these stories with which many people can relate, the most important goal is to share the encouraging truth of God with my readers. I invite you to simply read one lesson each day and reflect how events that have occurred in my life have similarities to events that have occurred in your life so that the connection can be made that God is providential in every aspect of our lives, both good and bad. Come with me on a brief journey where infinite truths are discussed that will radically alter the quality of your life as you overcome life's finite obstacles.
