Mary Mangos is a psychologist, author, speaker, and founder of Coachuwellness. Mary's mission is to share positive psychology, science and wisdom that inspires individuals, teams and organisations to thrive and flourish. She has over 20 years' experience creating learning programs, leading workshops, and coaching others to clarify their purpose, build their resilience, and find calm, clarity and joy through times of uncertainty and change. Mary lives in Melbourne, Australia. She has been married to her husband Michael for over 30 years, and together they have raised two sons.
