Autorenporträt
Carolyn Morris is a Toronto-based writer, former journalist and mother. Having struggled to navigate the emotional rollercoaster of becoming a new parent, Carolyn wrote the book as a gift to her younger self. Originally she intended to showcase the value of positive thinking and of investing in strengths. But the book took on a life of its own, evolving to emphasize the importance of making space for our negative emotions as well. Finding Your Stars is her first children's book.
