Zijia Liu is a Master of Science graduate from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where he spent tremendous of time studying how BIM will facilitate construction projects, especially for owners. During his research, he initiated a new methodology for facility owners to improve the efficiency and productivity of operations management.
