In this research a study of the importance of the family in the school is carried out. It is intended to offer an organizational and collaborative point of view; for this purpose, a review of different authors that support this relationship is presented, as well as its influence in the branch of Information and Communication Technologies. In order to support these variables, the Teacher Perception Questionnaires were created, with the aim of basing future research. It is about working on one of the fundamental pillars of our society, education and the family. We believe it is necessary a close collaboration between both contexts that allow us to follow the development of the student in an integral way in his day to day, to know him as a person and to use this to base the process in a methodology as individualized as possible, I understand this characteristic as an important factor when treating each student and evaluating his learning.
