With their classification with reasons, characters helpful in identification of plants in field condition. The description of families deal with range of vegetative and floral characters. The manually drawn illustrations of examples include habit, flower, stamen and carpel, T.s. ovary, floral diagram and common plants belonging to each family. The selected examples are either cultivated or wild.Bentham and Hooker's system is followed for arranging the families.
