Fair Lawn is a borough in Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the borough population was 31,637. As of 2007, the Census Bureau estimated that the borough had a population of 30,783. Radburn, one of the first planned communities in the United States, is an unincorporated community located within Fair Lawn, and was founded in 1929 as "a town for the motor age".
