Semlinda Juszandri Bulan, M.Kom. She completed her master's degree in computer science at the University of Indonesia in 2013. She is currently active as a lecturer at Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika Komputer (STIKOM) Uyelindo Kupang.
