The results shows that the potential risk factors for HIV/AIDS in Rwanda are province and place of residence. Generally, the HIV/AIDS prevalence of 3% has to be reduced. For this reason the government and the health communities in charge of HIV/AIDS have to instruct people about the transmission and prevention of HIV/AIDS in order to reduce the risk of being infected. Also, the impact analysis to determine Quality of care as a key factor to the success of HIV response has to be conducted.
