This volume details the statutory and treaty framework regulating extradition to and from the United States, and analyzes the extensive case law interpreting those statutes and treaties. The treatise contains extensive discussion of cases governing defenses against extradition from the United States and the rights of criminal defendants extradited or deported to the United States.
