The outer has been a lecturer of Dire Dawa TVET college, have MSc (in Agricultural Economics), MA (in Vocational Management),Post graduate Diploma (in planning and Management), B.E.D (in Physics) and Diploma (in Accounting) all from Haramaya University and currently he is a PhD candidate of Agricultural Economics at the same university.
