Pediatric urinary tract infections (UTIs), such as cystitis and pyelonephritis, pose a public health challenge due to their high frequency and complexity of treatment. Diagnosis, based on urine cytobacteriological examination (UCE) and antibiogram, enabled us to identify several pathogens,Escherichia coli being the most predominant (70.40%).
