This book contains the personal stories of management, marketing, administration, and academic staff as they made the forced move from face-to-face to online delivery due to COVID-19, how they view the new delivery mode about 18 months later, and how they believe that education delivery can and should change in the coming years. It is essential reading for all persons working in the higher education industry or just interested in how we can continue to provide quality education to domestic and overseas students in this rapidly changing world. (Professor Angus Hooke)
