Over the past decade, there has been a significant expansion of Pharmacy education in India in terms of the number of institutions offering Pharmacy program. There are thousands of Pharmacy graduates available in the country today. However, their exposure to research seems inadequate. Though the Pharmacy curriculum in India is primarily industry and product focused but lack of practical and research orientation makes it difficult for the students to keep pace with the changing trends of the industry. Therefore, the primary goal of this book is to instill research orientation among pharmacy graduates and provide a road map for better job opportunities. The book comprised of eight well planned topics on research orientation, experimental animal handling, quality assurance, natural product chemistry, pharmaceutical management, computer skills, pharmaceutical biotechnology, and clinical research and job prospects after pharmacy education. The book provided in-depth practical information about these selected topics. Various interactive sections by the experts addressed the issues covering two aspects; concepts and hands on training.
