Joan Dove holds a M.Sc. in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Revans University. She worked at El Greco Resort as Resident Manager and Ritz-Carlton Resort and Spa as Benefits and Welfare Manager. She is currently Project Manager for the renovation of the 100-room Vista Ambassador Resort Spa in Montego Bay.
