This pilot research project examines the reasons behind exhibitor loyalty to the Tourism Indaba, which is hosted at the Durban International Convention Center annually. Boitumelo Randani Nwandula was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, on August 18, 1991. She matriculated in 2009 from Parktown High School for Girls. In 2012 she enrolled to study at Rosebank College, where she completed her National Diploma in Travel and Tourism in 2014. In 2016 she completed her B.Tech at the Durban University of Technology.
