Omar Tayan earned a Ph.D. from the EEE Dept. at theUniversity of Strathclyde, UK, in the field of high-speedcomputer networks. His current research activities explore newareas in computer networks such as WSNs, IPv6, Networks-on-Chipand Optical Networks. Omar now works as an Assistant Prof. atTaibah University, Al-Madinah Al-Munawarrah.
