His books are now available in eight regional and foreign languages like Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Talegu , Malayalam , Tamil, Punjabi and Vietnamese (three books) His areas of interest are Human excellence, work life balance, motivation, Emotional Intelligence, Value based leadership, Value system, learning from luminaries, writing skills, oratory, technology, International relations and more.
