Evil Genius' music score, composed by James Hannigan, received a BAFTA nomination for Best Original Music in 2004. The intellectual property rights of the game are since March 2, 2006 confirmed to be owned by Rebellion Developments. The game is now available for purchase on GameTap, Steam and Good Old Games
