The Author Trudy Pellegrino has been involved with the study of astrology and its application for many decades. She initially began her study as a self taught western astrologer but went on to study and practice Jyotish, the astrology of India on a professional level. As she went on reading charts she noticed that the general public lacked an important fact about astology. This is the basis of the book.
