Hazel Andrews is Senior Lecturer in Tourism, Culture and Society in the Centre for Tourism, Event and Food Studies at Liverpool John Moores University. Teresa Leopold is Senior Lecturer in Tourism and Event Management Studies in the Business School at the University of Sunderland.
